CPR-10 Training Hands Only (Since 2012 November)

Heart Care Foundation of India and Dr KK Aggarwal conduct programs and camps to train people on the technique of hands only CPR through its CPR 10 mantra for revival after a sudden cardiac arrest. The objective of the training is to educate the common masses about how to revive a person from sudden death.

The training involves using dummy menquinnes and practicing CPR 10 Mantra (conceptualized and designed by Dr K K Aggarwal President). The mantra is compressing in between the chest at the speed of 10x10(100 per minute) or till medical assistance is reached, in the dead person.
