In 1993, Heart Care Foundation of India organized first ever Perfect Health Mela an innovative health awareness concept and Government of India earmarked the occasion by releasing a Rs. 6.50 National Commemorative Postal Stamp. The stamp depicts the people with negative stress. The aim of this is to create awareness on how to avoid negative stress in life.
