The 40-day training programme is a collaborative effort rolled out by NGO Heart Care Foundation of India, IMA, the Delhi Branch of Indian Red Cross Society and Delhi Police.

Heart Care Foundation of India’s president Dr K K Aggarwal and his team started the first phase of the training, PR training is a must for all PCR van staff as it enables them to save lives in emergency situations even in situations where an ambulance may not reach the victim in time.
